When will my order be shipped?
Our products are processed within 24h of placing the order and then shipped out.

Will I receive an email with my order details?
Yes! We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is placed, summarizing all the details and confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?
No/Yes, we’ll ship the item to your address. However, once you receive your item(s), you can send it back to us and once we receive it, we’ll FULLY refund you.

What is the exchange/return policy?
We value our customers’ experience. If you have any issues with our products, we’re happy to issue you a full refund.

Step 1: Email us with your order # and name.

• Use the subject: (Refund Request)

• List your product and why you want to return it.

Step 2: Our team will get back to you (usually within 24 hours) with our address so you can return your item.

Step 3: Send the item back to us. Once we receive it, we’ll inspect it.

Step 4: If everything is fine, we’ll refund you the full amount for your item. Once we issue the refund, you’ll receive an email with all the details and the money will be deposited back into your account.

Are there any extra fees I should pay?
We never charge handling/processing fees.

Who delivers my package?
Orders are shipped from our warehouses to your local shipping agency and a local courier will deliver it to your doorstep.
